What is the structure of a session?

A session starts by asking you to go through the thought life of a typical day.

​

We will then focus on problem areas and ask more questions to determine the causes of thoughts and their links.

​

An event may arise that stirs strong emotions. This is encouraged and healthy.

​

Finally, the session will conclude with a thought prescription. A thought consultant takes you through your day in any and all areas where you need assistance; listening to bring solutions where issues arise. Reoccuring thoughts usually have roots in past events, and need to be identified and resolved to end the cycle. Thought Consultants are required to be highly intuitive and rely on a mix of training and relational listening to help their clients.
